This document regulates the conditions governing the use of this Website and the purchase or acquisition of products and/or services on it (hereinafter, Conditions).

For the purposes of these Terms, the activity that the Cuetos carry out through the Website includes:

Making spaces available to the client for occasional rental. In addition to reading these Terms and Conditions, before accessing, browsing and/or using this website, the User must have read the Legal Notice and the General Terms of Use, including the cookie policy, and the privacy and data protection policy of the venues.

By using this Website or by making and/or requesting the purchase of a product and/or service through it, the User agrees to be bound by these Conditions and by all of the above mentioned, so if you do not agree with all of it, you should not use this Website.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions may be modified. It is the User's responsibility to review them each time they access, browse, and/or use the Website, as the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of purchase of products and/or services will apply. 2. THE USER

Accessing, browsing, and using this Website confers the status of user (hereinafter referred to individually as "User" or collectively as "Users"), and therefore, by accessing the Website, the User accepts all the Conditions established herein, as well as any subsequent modifications, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding mandatory legal regulations as applicable. The User assumes responsibility for the proper use of the Website. This responsibility extends to:

Do not make any false or fraudulent purchases. If it could reasonably be considered that a purchase of this nature has been made, it may be cancelled and the relevant authorities will be informed.

The User declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this Website. The Website is primarily intended for Users residing in Spain. Los Cuetos does not guarantee that the Website complies, either wholly or partially, with the laws of other countries. Los Cuetos disclaims all liability that may arise from such access, and does not guarantee shipments or the provision of services outside of Spain. The User may, at their discretion, formalize the purchase agreement for the desired services with Los Cuetos in any of the languages in which these Terms are available on the Website.

3. RESERVATION, PURCHASE OR ACQUISITION PROCESS

Properly registered Users can book or purchase on the Website using the established methods. They must follow the online booking, purchase, and/or acquisition procedure, during which various products and/or services can be selected and added to the shopping cart or final purchase area, and finally, click on: "COMPLETE BOOKING." The User must also fill in and/or verify the information requested at each step, although the purchase details can be modified during the booking or purchase process, before making the payment. Subsequently, the User will receive an email confirming that the Website has received their booking, order, or purchase request and/or service provision; that is, the order confirmation. If applicable, they will also be notified by email when their purchase is being shipped. This information may also be made available to the User through their personal account on the Website. Once the purchase process is complete, the User consents to the Website generating an electronic invoice, which will be sent to the User via email upon express request. This invoice may also be sent through the User's personal account on the Website. The User acknowledges being aware, at the time of booking or purchase, of certain specific sales conditions applicable to the product and/or service in question. These conditions are displayed alongside the product or service's presentation or image on the Website, and include, but are not limited to, the following, depending on the specific product or service: name, price, location or characteristics, delivery method, and/or cost. The User acknowledges that placing a purchase order or making a booking constitutes full and complete acceptance of the specific sales conditions applicable in each case. Communications, purchase orders and payments involved during transactions carried out on the Website may be archived and stored in the computerized records of the customers, in order to constitute a means of proof of the transactions, in any case, respecting reasonable security conditions and the current laws and regulations that are applicable in this respect, and particularly taking into account the LOPD GDD and the rights that Users have in accordance with the privacy policy of this Website (Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use).

4. AVAILABILITY

All bookings received by Los Cuetos through the Website are subject to availability and/or to the absence of any circumstance or force majeure event (clause nine of these Terms and Conditions) affecting the provision of services. Should any difficulties arise regarding the provision of the service, Los Cuetos undertakes to contact the User and refund any amount that may have been paid.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices displayed on the Website are final, in Euros (€), and include taxes, unless otherwise required by law, particularly regarding VAT. The Website will not automatically add additional costs to the price of a product or service, but only those that the User has voluntarily and freely selected. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases for which the User has already received an order confirmation. Accepted payment methods are: Credit or debit card, and bank transfer in the case of telephone reservations. Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the issuing bank. If the bank does not authorize the payment, Cuetos will not be liable and will not be able to enter into any contract with the User. Once Cuetos receives the reservation order from the User through the Website, a pre-authorization will be made on the corresponding card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. The card will be charged when the User receives the shipping confirmation and/or confirmation of the service provided, as specified. When the User selects bank transfer as the payment method, the order will be reserved for 3 business days from the order confirmation date to allow sufficient time for the bank transfer to be processed by the payment system used by Cuetos for the Website. Once the system receives the transfer, the order will be prepared and processed for shipment. With this payment method, the User must ensure that they correctly enter the exact amount of the purchase order, as well as the account number and transfer reference. In case of error, Cuetos will not be able to validate the order, which will be canceled.

6. KEY HANDOVER

A code for access to the accommodation will be provided via email or Whatsapp a few days before your arrival.

7. TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

The User is hereby informed that if they detect an error in the data entered to process their booking request on the Website, they may correct it by contacting vutloscuetos@gmail.com through the contact options available on the Website, and, if applicable, through the customer service contact options, and/or using the contact information provided in clause one (General Information). This information may also be corrected by the User through their personal account on the Website. In any case, before clicking "FINALIZE BOOKING," the User has access to the shopping cart where their purchase requests are recorded and can make modifications. Similarly, the User is referred to the Legal Notice and General Conditions of Use to obtain more information on how to exercise their right of rectification as established in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD GDD).

8. RETURNS

The provision of any service that the User may contract on this Website is governed by the same principle, as this same Law establishes that Users will not have the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or once it has begun with the express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the parties, they will have lost their right of withdrawal. In cases where the User makes a reservation through the owner's Website, changes and refunds are not permitted. The total amount of the reservation will be charged on the same day it is made.

9. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY

Unless otherwise provided by law, Los Cuetos will not accept any responsibility for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

Business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or unnecessary expenses incurred). Similarly, the policyholders also limit their liability in the following cases:

Los Cuetos applies all measures concerning to provide a faithful visualization of the service on the Website, however, it is not responsible for the minor differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of screen resolution, or problems of the browser used or others of this nature.

Los Cuetos is not responsible for damages arising from a malfunction of third-party platforms that link to this Website.

Technical failures that, due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons, prevent the normal operation of the service via the internet. Lack of availability of the Website due to maintenance or other reasons that prevent access to the service. Los Cuetos will use all means at its disposal to carry out the booking, payment, and receipt/delivery process for users; however, it is exempt from liability for causes beyond its control, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure.

In general, the Cuetos will not be responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control, that is, due to force majeure.

10. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

By using this Website, the User agrees that most communications with Cuetos will be electronic (email or notices posted on the Website). For contractual purposes, the User consents to the use of this electronic means of communication and acknowledges that all contracts, notices, information, and other communications sent electronically by Cuetos satisfy the legal requirement of being in writing. This condition will not affect the User's statutory rights. The User may send notices and/or communicate with Cuetos using the contact information provided in these Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, through the contact sections of the Website. Likewise, unless otherwise stipulated, Cuetos may contact and/or notify the User at their email address or postal address provided.

11. RESIGNATION

No waiver of any right or legal action, or failure to require strict performance by the User of any of its obligations, shall constitute a waiver of any other rights or actions arising from a contract or these Terms and Conditions, nor shall it release the User from its obligations. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions or of any rights or actions arising from a contract shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is made in writing and communicated to the User.

12. NULLITY

If any of these Terms and Conditions are declared null and void by a final decision issued by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain in force, without being affected by said declaration of nullity.

13. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between the User and Cuetos with respect to the subject matter of the purchase and sale, and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or promises, whether oral or written, between the same parties. The User and Cuetos acknowledge that they have entered into this agreement without relying on any representation or promise made by the other party, except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.

14. DATA PROTECTION

The personal information or data that the User provides to the sellers during a transaction on the Website will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Policies (Privacy Policy, Legal Notice, and General Terms of Use). By accessing, browsing, and/or using the Website, the User consents to the processing of such information and data and declares that all information or data provided is truthful.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Access to, browsing of, and/or use of this Website and contracts for the purchase of products through it shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute, problem, or disagreement arising from or related to access to, browsing of, and/or use of the Website, or to the interpretation and execution of these Terms and Conditions, or to sales contracts between the sellers and the User, shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cantabria.

16. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

Users may submit complaints, claims, or any other comments to Cuetos using the contact information provided at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions (General Information).
